They are intended for use as experimental electronic devices only. Experimental balancing has been found to be beneficial to our clients. Evaluation results are not intended for the diagnosis, prevention, cure, treatment, or mitigation of any disease or illness in human beings. We make no medical claims whatsoever for the Spooky and/or Spooky2 frequency generator system. If you find that you have a serious problem with your health, please consult a licensed healthcare professional. State laws may vary on the use of such devices.

In New York State this device can be used on animals by a veterinarian or under the direction of a veterinarian. You have a legal right to self-medicate under the Ninth Amendment of the United States Constitution. In the United States a medical person cannot use this devise unless he is doing an experimental study.

As of the date of this agreement, there are no known negative side effects resulting from the use of the Spooky and/or Spooky2. My responsible experimentation and your voluntary participation will not hold Light Therapy Services responsible for any consequences that may occur as a result of using the Spooky and/or Spooky2 systems.     

In office initial evaluation is $40; at shows $20. Re-evaluation after balancing is $20 and balancing is $20 an hour. We do not diagnose or recommend drugs.
